BAOTI set up a test center in 2003, including sectors of chemical analysis, mechanical test, metallographic inspection and sample preparation, capable of adopting tests and analysis on Ti, Zr, W, Mo, Ta, Nb, Hf, Cu, Ni and steel. 

Samples cutting from bars, tubes, plates, forgings is tested in sample preparation shop, equipped with band sawing machine, CNC lathe,CNC milling machine,wire cutting machine, broacher, grinder, following ISO, HB, GB, ASTM and EN. 

A.Chemical Analysis

The test center makes chemical analysis on Ti, Zr, W, Mo, Ta, Nb, Hf, Cu, Ni, steel and master alloy.

B.Mechanical Analysis

The test center makes mechanical analysis on plates and tubes of titanium and titanium alloy, zirconium and zirconium alloy. 

C.Metallographic Analysis

The test center makes metallographic analysis on Ti, Zr, W, Mo, Ta, Nb, Hf, Cu, Ni and steel.

The test center has 229 staff, 67 workers and 52 technicians.

All staff have accepted continuous professional and technical trainings and received certificates. 

Breakthroughs on chemical standard samples of TA1, TA7, TA15, TB5, TC1, TC4, TC6 and TC11 have been achieved.
